When was the University founded?
Tashkent University of Technology was established in 2025 in accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 274 dated 11 September 2025.
What is the University's core mission?
The University's mission is to train a new generation of engineers and technological leaders, advance science and innovation, and contribute to the technological development and global competitiveness of Uzbekistan.
What fields of study does the University offer?
The University delivers educational programmes in engineering and technology, including materials science, electrical engineering, and industrial engineering.
How many students does the University enrol?
The first undergraduate intake is planned for 2026, comprising 200–300 students. Master's, PhD, and doctoral programmes will be launched from the 2027/2028 academic year.

The University is committed to the active development of international cooperation and academic mobility, and to the implementation of joint educational and research programmes with leading universities abroad.
