Programme overview

A free Foundation Programme for future engineers.

The Foundation Programme is a free Tosh Tech preparatory programme for Grade 11 school students and final-year academic lyceum students who plan to apply to the University’s engineering programmes.

It provides intensive preparation in three key subjects: Mathematics, Physics and English. The programme combines theory, practical classes and regular assessment of academic progress.

The academic programme was developed jointly with Constructor University in Germany and follows modern international requirements for preparing future engineers.

Classes are delivered by highly qualified professors and teachers with extensive experience in teaching and preparing applicants for engineering education.

Foundation Programme 2025/2026 was a successful first intake: 300 applicants completed free study, 140 participants successfully completed the programme and reached final assessment, and 27 top graduates received a 100% state grant for Tosh Tech Bachelor’s programmes without entrance examinations.

The programme lasted five months. Participants who did not meet the required standard in ongoing academic performance were not admitted to the final examination.
