Foundation Program: A Bridge Between School and University

The Foundation Program deserves special attention. It is neither a traditional tutoring course nor a standard pre-university program. Instead, it is an intensive academic preparation program developed jointly with Constructor University (Bremen, Germany) based on modern European educational practices.

The program is open to 11th-grade students, as well as students of academic lyceums and vocational colleges. The first cohort started in January this year, followed by a second intake in April. Today, more than 300 students are enrolled in the program. Classes are held in the afternoon, allowing participants to combine their school studies with academic preparation.

The curriculum includes advanced mathematics, physics, academic English, as well as study skills, teamwork and communication, critical thinking, and time management. These competencies are essential for success in engineering education and represent the key difference between the Foundation Program and conventional exam preparation courses.

The program is fully funded by the government and offered free of charge. Participation does not require students to enroll at Tosh Tech after graduation. Graduates are free to choose any university. Essentially, the program is an investment in the academic development of young people, regardless of where they decide to continue their education.

From the very first day, Foundation Program students become part of the university environment. They have access to campus facilities, participate in workshops with industry professionals, and study alongside motivated peers. This is not merely exam preparation—it is an introduction to the real engineering and academic environment.
