In accordance with the relevant Order of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Akmal Sukhrobovich Rustamov has been appointed as the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of Tosh Tech Technical University.
Prior to this appointment, Akmal Rustamov held various positions at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent. Since 2021, he has served as the Head of the Research and Innovation Department at Kimyo International University, where he led the development of the University's research activities, oversaw the implementation of innovative projects, and contributed to strengthening its scientific and research capacity.
For reference, Tosh Tech Technical University was established pursuant to Resolution No. PQ-274 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated 8 September 2025.
