Today marks the day the Uzbek language was granted the status of a state language!
On October 21, 1989, the Uzbek language was officially designated as the state language. This date is a significant historical milestone, reflecting our people’s national identity, spiritual heritage, and deep respect for our mother tongue.
The Uzbek language is an invaluable spiritual treasure—one that is close to our hearts, embodies our history, and transmits our national values from generation to generation.
In celebration of this, ToshTech Technical University organized the "Uzbek Language Expert" and "Best Essay Written in Uzbek" competitions, aimed at fostering students' respect for their mother tongue and providing a platform for them to showcase their knowledge and creative potential.
These competitions offered students an opportunity to demonstrate their proficiency in the Uzbek language, their literary literacy, and their creative abilities.
