As part of its efforts to enhance the capacity of modern engineering professionals in Uzbekistan and to expand young people’s access to quality higher education, representatives of Tashkent Tech University conducted a series of outreach and presentation events in the Jizzakh region.
During the visit, the university team visited the Presidential School in Jizzakh and several leading educational centers, where meetings were organized with students, prospective applicants, and educational institution administrators. During these meetings, participants received detailed information about the university’s academic programs, modern curricula, international cooperation opportunities, grants and scholarships, as well as the facilities and support available to students.
In addition, an open dialogue session was held with participants, during which questions related to the university admission process, quality of education, and student life were addressed. Meetings were also conducted with the management of educational centers to discuss guiding young people toward careers in engineering and technology, as well as opportunities for developing long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
This visit marked another important milestone in Tashkent Tech University’s ongoing efforts to encourage young people in the regions to pursue modern professions, increase their interest in higher education, and contribute to the preparation of highly qualified engineering professionals for the country.
