TASHKENT UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY
The newly established university will have financial, academic and organizational independence. One-year courses will be launched this year. Bachelor's degrees will be opened next year, and admission to master's and postgraduate courses will begin in 2027. Education will be provided on a grant and contract basis, in Uzbek and foreign languages. Students admitted until 2029/2030 will be provided with a state grant.

Gʻayrat Asomidinov Akhmadjon o‘g‘li has been appointed as the Executive Director of Tosh Tech Technical University.
In accordance with the relevant order of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Gʻayrat Asomidinov Akhmadjon o‘g‘li has been appointed as the Executive Director of Tosh Tech Technical University.Prior to this appointment, Gʻayrat Asomidinov served within the system of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.For reference, Tosh Tech Technical University was established pursuant to Resolution No. PQ-274 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated 8 September 2025.Today, Tosh Tech Technical University is carrying out extensive educational activities aimed at preparing highly qualified specialists in the fields of modern engineering, technology, and innovation in accordance with international standards.

On July 21, 2026, ToshTech Technical University welcomed a delegation of experts from the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, along with Olgun Cicek, a Member of the Board of Directors of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the University's academic programs, modern infrastructure, digital learning environment, and internal quality assurance system.The visit also included meetings with the University leadership, faculty members, and industry partners, during which participants exchanged views on the alignment of the academic programs with modern educational requirements, international standards, and the evolving needs of the labor market.This visit marks another important milestone in ToshTech Technical University's commitment to enhancing the quality of education and implementing internationally recognized standards.

Akmal Sukhrobovich Rustamov has been appointed as the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of Tosh Tech Technical University.
In accordance with the relevant Order of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Akmal Sukhrobovich Rustamov has been appointed as the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of Tosh Tech Technical University.Prior to this appointment, Akmal Rustamov held various positions at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent. Since 2021, he has served as the Head of the Research and Innovation Department at Kimyo International University, where he led the development of the University's research activities, oversaw the implementation of innovative projects, and contributed to strengthening its scientific and research capacity.For reference, Tosh Tech Technical University was established pursuant to Resolution No. PQ-274 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated 8 September 2025.
