The newly established university will have financial, academic and organizational independence. One-year courses will be launched this year. Bachelor's degrees will be opened next year, and admission to master's and postgraduate courses will begin in 2027. Education will be provided on a grant and contract basis, in Uzbek and foreign languages. Students admitted until 2029/2030 will be provided with a state grant.

ROAD is a consortium that brings together major industrial companies, research centers, and universities. It develops and implements advanced projects in the fields of energy, artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and sustainable development.During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for joint research projects, the establishment of innovation laboratories, the organization of industrial internships, as well as cooperation within international research programs and European grant-funded initiatives.As a result of the negotiations, Tosh Tech University of Technology and ROAD (Rome Advanced District) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), laying the foundation for future academic, scientific, and technological collaboration.
